3. Pricing & Payments

- High-rise or accessibility challenges

5. Customer Responsibilities

- Remove fragile or valuable items prior to service
- Disclose known issues (pet damage, mold, biohazards, etc.)
Brevard Kwik Dry is not responsible for damage to items not properly secured or disclosed.
6. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
