Honest, Upfront Pricing – No Surprises

At Brevard Kwik Dry, we believe in keeping things simple and transparent. There’s no “nickel and diming” or misleading pricing – just fair, honest rates you can trust. We have an $99 minimum service charge, so if your cleaning needs fall below that, it’s a great time to take care of a few extra areas while we’re there.

All standard pricing includes light furniture moving. Additional services or special circumstances may incur the following fees:

• Large Furniture Moving – $50 (does not include large hutches, beds, dressers, etc.)
• Hazardous Cleanup (blood, vomit, feces) – $50
• Excessive or Pre-Clean Pickup (toys, clothing, debris, etc.) – $50
• Last-Minute Cancellation / Rebooking – $50
• High-Rise Fee (3rd floor or higher) – $30
• Excessive Vent Height (over 16 ft) – $60 per vent

Includes Clean, Deodorize, Disinfect, & Protect.

First 2 Rooms – $99 – Oversized or L-shaped rooms, living-room / dining-room combinations are considered 2 rooms.

Whole House: $219 (includes 5 rooms & hall)

Additional rooms: $55

Single room: $60 (only with any of our other services performed)

Stairs: $6 ea

Stair Landings: $10

Walk in Closets: $20 – $25

Halls From: $15 – $30

Area Rugs / Oriental Rugs: $0.75 / sq.ft – Area Rugs are cleaned on site. (No worries of moisture on wood floors)
